Do you have a brick & mortar store where I can try pieces on?

Alexandra Jules is on online retailer only.  We show our pieces via private appointment in the Los Angeles area.  Please contact us for an appointment if you are in Los Angeles info@alexandrajules.com

How quickly will I receive my order

For pieces we have in stock, orders are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt.  Orders placed Monday – Friday before 3 PM PST will be processed that day and ship within one business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3 PM PST or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. Once your order is shipped, you will receive your package in 2 days with our standard shipping option. If you need your order sooner, we can ship overnight priority; extra charges may apply. We do not ship on the weekend or US holidays.


Please note that the majority of our pieces are made to order.  Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt and final production can take up to two weeks.   Email notification will be sent if your custom order is delayed longer than two weeks.  

Does Alexandra Jules offer resizing?

What is your return policy?

We do not offer refunds on orders. However, should you wish to make an exchange, we are pleased to assist you or offer you store credit.  Please contact us at  info@alexandrajules.com 

Can I get an appraisal or GIA certificate for my purchase?

We do offer appraisals for custom items. With all Bespoke/custom bridal pieces you will receive a GIA certificate or relevant certificate.  

Where do you ship to and can I track my order?

We ship to residential or business addresses throughout the US and Internationally.  We can not ship to a PO Box.  All orders are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit.and require signature upon delivery. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable. We encourage you to inspect each package immediately upon receipt. Should you receive an item you believe to be damaged, please contact us at info@alexandrajules.com  

We ship overnight and two day priority via FedEx and tracking numbers will be sent to you via email once your order is shipped. 

How can I have an item repaired?

Please contact info@alexandrajules.com with the name of your piece, a photograph if possible as well as an explanation of the issue. We will contact you once we review your request. 

What if I need to change my order?

Please contact info@alexandrajules.com immediately if you need to change your order. Once we have started production on your order or shipped your order, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations.

What form of payment do you accept?

Alexandra Jules accepts all major credit cards - Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.  We also accept payment via Paypal.
