Terms and Conditions

ORDERS & DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders may be placed online at www.alexandrajules.com at any time. Some items will ship immediately, provided the items are verified as in stock by our customer service team. Estimated delivery times for items not in stock are between 2-4 weeks. If the item is ready before the allotted window, the item will ship as soon as it is complete. You will be notified via email when your order ships.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING                                                                                           All U.S. orders will be shipped overnight or 2-day shipping and require a signature upon receipt. 

We insure all packages against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not offer refunds on domestic orders. However, should you wish to make an exchange, we are pleased to assist you or offer you store credit. All international orders are final sale. 

To initiate an exchange, please contact info@alexandrajules.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and will assist in arranging pick up. Please title the subject of your email “EXCHANGE,” followed by the order number.

All returned packages must be shipped via FedEx or UPS and insured for full value of the piece.  Returned packages must be received by us within 72 hours of initiation. All pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the piece received is determined to be damaged. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of receipt.

Please note: All resizes will be charged a $250 fee to due to recent increased supply chain and materials cost. Additionally, all custom orders and special orders placed on alexandrajules.com are FINAL SALE.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not accept Discover cards, checks or money orders. Full payment is due before any order is processed and produced.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within California at the current local rate. Orders shipped outside of California are not liable for state sales tax. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders will be subject to shipping charges, taxes, customs, duties, and fees based upon the destination country and the item(s) ordered. The recipient of the shipment is the importer on record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees. Applicable duties, taxes and fees will be collected at the time of checkout for your convenience. No additional fees will be due upon delivery. All orders will be shipped fully insured via FedEx.

We are required by law to disclose the full value of package contents and cannot alter the value of your invoice or receipt. 

In placing an order, you authorize Alexandra Jules to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise, process and remit your actual import fees for your item(s).

If you refuse a shipment from Alexandra Jules, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Alexandra Jules.
